JUNIOR DESIGNER

Introduction to Pirouette

WORKING FOR US

Our goal here is to bring smiles to other people, but we can’t forget about ourselves! We LOVE running this business, even if it’s incredibly challenging at times. We love creating things that bring joy to people, whether it’s their dream invitation suite, perfect brand, or a greeting card they find for someone. When there are times where we find ourselves burnt out or working on something that we truly dislike, we do what we can to change it to make it something we enjoy doing, and we always want the same for you!

Our main focus behind the scenes is to be intentional in everything we do. That also means if there’s anything you see that you would suggest or recommend doing to better the company, please say something! You’re on our team and we are LUCKY to have your wonderful insights. Any and all feedback will always be heard and appreciated. We reflect a lot, check in about what’s working and what’s not, so we can (efficiently and more enjoyably) progress forward as a company.

Pirouette Paper is a full-service calligraphy, design, and stationery studio. We provide a variety of services including invitations, wedding and event paper goods, signage, logo and brand design, creative consulting, and more. Bringing joy and inspiring creativity through design is what we love to do most!

Our mission is to create quality designs and products, leading with intention and mindfulness. We aim to give you the best possible product we can produce, making sure each client’s unique story and details shine through.

It feels pretty remarkable that creating happy things is our job every day, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the upcoming opportunities with Pirouette. Things are picking up quickly over here, which is why we are looking for creative, driven, detail-oriented, and well-organized individuals to join our team.
