Sea salt shot glasses? Check. Leather bar menus? Check. Stunning bride? Check!
Ryan Lochte + Kayla Reid exchanged vows to each other on a beautiful day in September at a private estate called Morrow Ranch in La Quinta. The gorgeous florals by Katie of Bottles and Blooms and the event design by her and the Pure Lavish Events team made this day so incredibly special!
We had the pleasure of working on the leather bar menus that featured their signature drinks for the evening. Guests were greeted at the reception to a beautiful wall of pink sea salt shot glasses filled with tequila and a lime branded with their table number and the signage by Printed You read “take a shot and take your seat”. We loved doing the calligraphy on these and they came out so fun!! Who wouldn’t love a shot glass as an escort card?!
They also had four refreshment stations, which was so smart because it was a warm day in the desert. One read “but first, sunscreen” and had some spray sunscreen on the table for their guests. There was also one for some adorable grape-sicles and for some Evian mist spray. We made these signs with a nude-painted acrylic and white vinyl. Guests seemed to have the time of their lives on the dance floor and in the pool for this Olympic swimmer’s wedding!
