Dreamy Blue San Francisco Mint Wedding Inspiration

It was an immediate “YES!” when Something Blue Productions asked us to be part of this stunning San Francisco Mint wedding inspiration shoot! You may know that we are newer to the bay area (as of Oct. 2019), so it still has all of its magic and wonder for us! Being invited to a wedding shoot with other local vendors is always so incredible, as we get to see their talent and creativity come to life! It all certainly came together this day, and we can’t wait for you to view more from this dreamy blue wedding shoot!

The Invitations + Ceremony

We created a version of our Standard semi-custom invitations with a little bit of custom art. On the invitation, we included blue and gold artwork at the bottom to provide an extra pop of color. The back of each invitation card was also printed in the blue and gold art, a great impression to your guests, AND an extra piece to style with!

Our favorite detail was the San Francisco themed details card. We incorporated a drawing of the Golden Gate Bridge along with some local favorites to give the guests some more personalization to the area of the San Francisco Mint wedding location. It was fun for us to sneak in some of our favorite places on there as recommendations too!

The envelopes were a light blue, matching the artwork printed on the cards. The whole invite was wrapped in a vellum wrap, sealed with gold thread, and a stunning gold wax seal. The invitation card was printed in gold foil, perfectly matching the wax seal. See all of the stunning details below!

The Reception + Details

To kick off this wedding inspiration shoot, we created menus in a cohesive and creative way from the invitations. They were digitally printed with the blue and gold artwork, and then we handwrote guest names in white ink on vellum. We attached these vellum place cards to each menu with gold brads and voila! It’s a stunning, and layered-with-detail paper good!

We also created a custom watercolor signature drinks sign featuring a manhattan and margarita. These are so much fun to come up with custom drinks, they look great in photos, and they are an extra little detail that guests go crazy for!
